Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Waschmaschine. Die Eck-Couch mit Couchtisch, der Esstisch, die Küche, das Badezimmer und die Toilette stehen allen zur Verfügung. Badezimmer und Toilette sind getrennt. Weitere Möbel, Vorhänge, Utensilien etc. stehen zur Verfügung und können auf Wunsch verwendet bzw. ausgetauscht werden. Im nur für Bewohner zugänglichen Hof gibt es einen überdachten Fahrradabstellplatz. Die Wohnung hat in Summe 107 m².

Das Zimmer wird ausschließlich an StudentInnen (nur an NICHT-RaucherInnen; auch keine Vapes oder Ähnliches) vermietet.

Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.
