Soy Alba, trabajador viviendo en Frankfurt con mi perro, buscando una persona para compartir apartamento con!

El apartamento está situado en Merianplatz (Bornheim), una zona preciosa y alegre para vivir, a un minuto de la estación de U-Bahn y a 10-15 de Konsta caminando, y está disponible desde el 1 de agosto.

El edificio es general es muy tranquilo y su habitación está al lado del jardín, por lo que tendrá mucho silencio. Su habitación es de 12 m2 sin muebles (si lo desea puede hablar con el último subteniente). La cocina fue comprada el año pasado, el apartamento fue renovado también, el keller tiene espacio suficiente para guardar cosas y siempre se puede acceder al jardín!

El alquiler total es de 698 e incluye: el alquiler de la habitación y áreas comunes, impuestos por radio, gastos comunitarios, el uso de los muebles en el apartamento, internet, gas y electricidad. Los últimos se fijan por mes, pero una vez que terminamos viviendo juntos, mainova envía los costes reales y recuperamos dinero, generalmente.

Estoy realmente considerado con el tiempo de descanso de los otros y sobre todo lo que espero para tener un buen tiempo de vida es que la limpieza y la organización del apartamento está en punto. Siempre estoy abierto para una cerveza y una charla o cocina juntos :)

I'm Alba, worker living in Frankfurt with my dog, looking for a person to share apartment with!

The apartment is located in Merianplatz (Bornheim), a lovely and joyful area to live, one minute far from the U-Bahn station and 10-15 from Konsta walking, and it's available from August 1st.

The building is general is really quiet and your room is on the side of garden, so you will have a lot of silence. Your room is 12 m2 without furniture (if you want it you can talk with the last subtenant). The kitchen was bought last year, the apartment was renewed as well, the keller has space enough for keeping stuff and you can always access to the garden!

The total rent is 698 and includes: the rent of the room and common areas, radio tax, community expenses, the use of the furniture in the apartment, internet, gas and electricity. Those last ones is fixed per month but once we end up living together, mainova sends the real costs and we get money back, usually.

I'm really considered with the resting time of the others and mostly what I expect for having a good living time is that the cleaning and the organization of the apartment is on point. I'm always open for a beer and a talk or cooking together :)
