Hello,
I am AJ and sadly I would be moving out soon after living in this WG for 2 years. Hence I am looking for someone mature and empathetic to replace me. You will be sharing the room with my lovely roommates Alessio and Damien. The room is about 20 square meters in L-shape, so it has enough space to accomodate your stuff.
The price of the listed rent includes everything: base rent, electricity/water/gas, internet, and GEZ fees.
Regarding the furnishings: I would prefer someone who can take over the bed frame, my share of the router and a double mattress, the cloth wardorbe and table for a fixed price of 75 euros. Additionally there is a refrigerator and washing machine but there is no additional cost for it.
Prime Location: Situated just behind a cinema and a 6-minute walk to Bad Godesberg city center.
Excellent Public Transport Access: 3-minute walk to the tram. 7-minute walk to Bad Godesberg train station. 3-4 minute walk to the nearest bus stop.
Recreational Perks: A 10-15 minute walk to the Rhine.
Charming Residential Street: Decorated and patterned facades. Student-friendly with several shared apartments.
One practical feature of the apartment is that the toilet room and the shower room are two separate spaces, so we've never had to wait long for each other. Our kitchen is well-equipped and, aside from a dishwasher, has pretty much everything you need and even includes a sofa. It also serves as the central meeting point of the WG (shared apartment) when we want to come together or eat/drink together.
You would be sharing the apartment with Alessio (26) and Damien(23). Both are versatile and friendly roommates. We usually meet in the kitchen and catch up with each other. It would be great if you are also sociable, adventurous, and interested in having a friendly living environment. But, of course, everyone in the WG has their own life, studies/work, and needs, so you can also just retreat and do your own thing.
It is also especially important to us that you are LGBTQIA+ friendly and do not hold any anti-Palestinian views. It would be important for you to be able to speak English, as this is mainly spoken within the WG.
About Alessio: He is 26 years old, doing his PhD at University of Bonn. He enjoys bouldering, cycling and hiking. He usually works from the Uni and likes to socialize. He is from Italy and primarily speaks English.
About Damien: He is 23 and has recently moved to Bonn for his internship with UN. He loves music and enjoy exploring new places and activities. He is from France and is also fleunt in English.
I have always gotten along very well with both of them, and I am sure you will too if you decide to join our WG :)!
